Anatara Lifesciences receives $840k R&D incentive

Anatara Lifesciences Limited (ASX:ANR) has received a $840,000 Federal Government R&D tax incentive.

The company which is developing gastrointestinal disease treatment says the refund is from its 2015-2016 research initiatives, on Australian pesticides and Veterinary medicines.

Anatara plans to use the funds to bolster its balance sheet.

The company also announced it has made substantial progress for the launch of its product, Detach, into the global pig market. While, Anatara is also preparing for its direct launch in Australia.

Shares in Anatara Lifesciences Ltd (ASX:ANR) are trading 6.67 higher to 88 cents.
