Spark New Zealand Limited
(ASX:SPK) has today welcomed final details of the Telecommunications Act review, from Minister for Communications, Simon Bridges.
The internet service provider says the review gives certainty to providers and customers, on the regulatory settings which will apply to fibre and copper from 2020.
Spark New Zealand says the review provides more predictability of costs faced from 2020, allowing them to confidently invest in new products and services.
The company says the next challenge for the internet sector, is to extend next generations of mobile broadband technology further into rural New Zealand.

(ASX:SPK) are trading 1.7 per cent higher to $3.65.
