Salmat Limited
(ASX:SLM) has announced Chief Executive Officer, Craig Dower, will complete his term by mutual agreement on 31 May 2017.
The multi-channel marketing company has appointed Chief Financial Officer, Rebecca Lowde, as Acting CEO.
Salmat says since Mr Dower’s start in 2014, he has overseen company re-platforming into cloud based solutions, using Workday and Google apps.
The company says Mr Dower’s strategy delivered lower operating costs and greater business effiency.
Shares in Salmat Limited
(ASX:SLM) closed 2.38% lower to 41 cents.
