Kidman Resources defends lithium rights at Mt Holland

Kidman Resources Limited (ASX:KDR) will commence a Supreme Court trial to defend the ownership of its lithium rights at the Mt Holland Project, in Western Australia.

The gold and lithium miner will defend contractual claims brought by Marindi Metals Limited (ASX:MZN) in November 2016.

Kidman Resources says that the trial will focus exclusively on whether an agreement existed between the parties for the lithium rights at the Mt Holland Project.

The company expects the trial will run for the next three to four days.

Shares in Kidman Resources Limited (ASX:KDR) is trading 1% lower to 50 cents.
