Transurban Group
(ASX:TCL) has announced the pricing of its Westlink M7’s US private placement.
The toll road operator priced $100 million of 12-year fixed rate notes, and $100 million of 15-year senior secured notes.
Transurban says the notes will be used to partly prepay its existing term debt and fund associated transaction costs.
The M7 is part of the NorthWestern Roads Group, which Transurban holds a 50% interest in.
