Finbar Group Limited
(ASX:FRI) has announced its $200 million Concerto project in East Perth, has reached practical completion on time and on budget.
The apartment developer secured $133 million in pre-sales, after it sold 153 lots out of the maximum 227 lots available.
The Concerto project is now Perth’s tallest apartment building, standing 38 storeys tall.
Finbar expects settlements will commence in June 2017, and pre-sales revenue will contribute strongly to its second half 2017 earning results.

(ASX:FRI) closed flat yesterday at $0.80.
