Traditional Therapy Clinics Limited
(ASX:TTC) has entered into agreements to acquire three franchise clinics (two in China and one in Tibet).
The Chinese health clinic owner says it will pay $5.57 million in cash for the clinics in Chonqing, the Jiangsu Province and Tibet.
The purchase will take TTC’s total number of owned clinics to 35.
The clinics will be transferred to the company in June 2017.
Meantime, the group also announced it has grown its EBIT by 10% since its IPO in 2015.
Shares in Traditional Therapy Clinics Limited
(ASX:TTC) are currently trading flat at 38 cents.
