QBE announces pricing of USD$300M Fixed Rate Senior Notes

QBE Insurance Group Limited (ASX:QBE) has unveiled the pricing of its USD$300 million Fixed Rate Senior Notes due in 2022.

The insurance group is intending to issue the notes in accordance with QBE’s Green Bond Framework.

The unsecured notes are for 5.5 years and will bear 3% interest per annum, payable semi-annually in arrears.

QBE also expects the notes will be given an A- rating by Standard and Poors.

Shares in QBE Insurance Group Limited (ASX:QBE) opened at 0.56% higher and is trading at $12.51.
