Mark Newman has resigned as CEO and Managing Director of OrotonGroup Ltd
(ASX:ORL) effective immediately.
Until the company recruits a permanent CEO, Ross Lane, who is a director of the company, will be the interim CEO.
Mr Newman was Oroton’s CEO and Managing Director over the last 4 years. His decision to resign come after the company posted, in his own words, “very disappointing” 1H17 results/
Oroton reported a 52% drop in NPAT to $1.8 million, and is withholdings its interim dividend this year.
This morning, Oroton shares are trading 1.24% lower at $1.59.
