Local software giant, TechnologyOne Limited
(ASX:TNE), has announced its founder and CEO, Adrian Di Macro has stepped down after 30 years.
Adrian Di Macro has been one of Australia’s longest serving CEOs and will now continue on as Executive Chairman to focus on innovation, strategy, creativity and R&D, to ensure future growth.
The firm’s long standing Chief Operating Officer, Edward Chung will take the lead CEO hot seat.
TechnologyOne says Edward Chung is also one of the most talented executives in the Australian IT industry. He will lead the firm’s expansion and rollout of its new generational enterprise system, TechnologyOne Cloud.
The board changes will come into effect on Tuesday 23 May 2017.
