LatAm Autos Limited
(ASX:LAA) has announced it will not be able to lodge its Financial Report for the full 2016 year by the reporting deadline 31 March 2017.
The online automotive classified business says the delay is largely because its reviewing funding opportunities and proposals from strategic parties.
Details about this process will be included in its 2016 Annual Report, which will only be released with the Full Market Update.
The company says it will release the documents by 7 April 2017, when it will also work with the ASX to have its current trading suspension lifted.
