Emefcy
(ASX:EMC), which is in the business of energy-efficient waste water treatment, has entered a strategic alliance with New York-based RWL Water.
The purpose of this alliance is to fast-track both companies’ penetration of the rapidly growing water treatment market in China.
Under this deal, Emefcy will pay RWL for engineering services to expedite the design of packaged water treatment plant solutions in China. Each company will also receive commissions on the sale of each other’s products.
According to Emefcy, RWL does not currently have a strong presence in China. Hence, it is expected to benefit by leveraging off Emefcy’s detailed market knowledge and network of distribution partners in China.
