Nine Entertainment Co
(ASX:NEC) has announced it has appointed Samantha (Sam) Lewis as Non-Executive Independent Director.
Sam’s appointment is effective immediately, while she will also chair the media company’s Audit and Risk Committee.
Sam has over 20 years financial services experience, while she also led the audit at a number of major Australia listed companies in the retail and industrial sectors.
Nine Entertainment says Sam is an outstanding addition to the board given her extensive regulatory and financial services experience.
