(ASX:MGC) has announced Murray Goulburn Co-operative Co. Limited appointed John Spark as the new Chairman of Murray Goulburn.
John Spark’s appointment will be effective on 1 April 2017 after the current chair, Philip Tracey retires from his post and from the board on 31 March 2017.
The incoming chairman to Australia’s largest dairy foods company will also join Murray Goulburn’s boards this week.
John Spark has extensive board experience with large corporate companies, including agricultural businesses.
John says he looks forward to building a stronger company for the future.
