The Director of Westfield Corporation
(ASX:WFD), Lord (Peter) Goldsmith QC PC, has announced he will retire on 7 April 2017.
Australia’s largest shopping centre company says Lord (Peter) Goldsmith has been instrumental to the group’s transition into Europe, with the opening of Westfield London and Westfield Stratford City.
He also helped restructure the group’s international business to form Westfield Corporation.
Lord (Peter) Goldsmith’s retirement will take effect after the group’s AGM on 7 April 2017.

(ASX:WFD) reported a net profit of US$1.366 billion for the full 2016 year.
