Ten Network Holdings Ltd
(ASX:TEN) has appointed auditor Brian Long as the company’s new non-executive chairman.
Mr Long replaces outgoing executive chairman Nick Falloon who steps down later today. Mr Long, an audit partner with Ernst & Young, will be subject to an election as a director of Ten at the firms’ annual general meeting today.
The network has also confirmed that its four incoming directors, Gina Rinehart, James Packer, Lachlan Murdoch and Paul Mallam all join the board on December 13.
For the year ended 31 August 2010, Ten reported a net profit of $150 million.
