OceanaGold Corporation
(ASX:OGC) has raised CAD$115.5 million, raising the funds through a private placement.
The gold producer says a syndicate of underwriters led by Macquarie Capital Markets Canada and Citigroup Global Markets Canada have agreed to purchase special warrants and common shares at a price of CAD$3.50.
OceanaGold yesterday confirmed its forecast 2010 production guidance of between 270,000 to 290,000 ounces of gold.
OceanaGold Corporation earned $11.46 million in the 2010 financial year.
