Spotless Group Ltd
(ASX:SPT) has announced a $43 million net profit for the twelve months to 30 June, up 0.7% on the year before.
Managing director and CEO Josef Farnik says the company achieved credible results among tough conditions and is continuing to make investments as part of a five year strategic plan.
As a result of recent contract wins and bolt-on acquisitions, Spotless says sales revenue rose almost seven per cent A final dividend of six cents, 60 per cent franked, has been declared.
Spotless Group reported a profit of $42.7 million for the year to 30 June 2009.
