Resmed Inc
(ASX:RMD) has announced a 19% increase in revenue to US$1.1billion for the year ended 30 June 2010.
Income from operations grew 26% to US$240.4 million with net income up 30% to US$190.1 million compared to a year ago.
Earnings per share for the 2009-10 financial year increased 29% to US$2.45.
The respiratory device manufacturer also announced record revenue and income for the June quarter of US$291.6 million.
President and CEO Kieran Gallahue says the fourth quarter of fiscal 2010 showed strong growth year-on-year in the Americas and international markets, surpassing the billion dollar mark in annual sales.
Resmed reported a $180.5 million profit for the year to 30 June 2009.
