Prime Infrastructure Group
(ASX:PIH) has appointed a former senior partner of the company’s major shareholder, Brookfield Asset Management, as its new managing director and CEO.
Brian Kingston will replace Jeff Kendrew, who has resigned to join Brookfield as chief development officer of its global infrastructure platform.
Chairman David Hamill says Mr Kingston has the infrastructure management experience to take the company through the next phase of its development.
Mr Kendrew will remain a non-executive director of Prime Infrastructure.
