Shopping centre owner and operator Westfield Group
(ASX:WDC) has declared a final distribution of 47 cents for the six months to December 31, 2009.
This takes the total distribution for the Westfield Group for the 12 months to December 31, 2009 to 94 cents per stapled security.
This figure is in line with the forecast range provided in February 2009.
The distribution update comes ahead of the company’s full year results for 2009 which are to be released on February 17.
Westfield Group posted a loss of $2.196 billion for 2008.
