Infigen Energy
(ASX:IFN) has announced it has secured a power purchase agreement (PPA) with EnergyAustralia for 60% of the output for its proposed wind farm project.
The proposed wind farm, Bodangora, is near Wellington in New South Wales
The clean energy regulator and its development partner secured the PPA for 113.2 megawatts (MW).
Once the Bodangora wind farm is completed it could supply low-emission, renewable energy to over 49,000 homes.
Infigen has also reached an in-principal agreement to acquire its development partner’s 50% equity interest in the project.
