Duet Group reports revenue rise

Duet Group (ASX:DUE) has reported a 5.3 per cent increase in revenue to $853 million for H1 2017.

However there wasn’t much change in the electricity provider’s profit figure, which declined 0.8 per cent to $98.1 million.

EBITDA was higher for the period, up 3.4 per cent to $465.1 million.

Duet paid an interim distribution of 9.25 cents per stapled security, in line with its FY17 distribution guidance.

Proportionate earnings were 6.8 per cent lower than the prior period’s pro forma result, mainly due to a number of non-recurring items.
