Realm Resources Limited (ASX: RRP) has announced Mr Richard Rossiter and Mr Theo Renard have resigned as Directors of the board, effective 5 March 2017.
The metal and mineral explorer and developer says Mr Rossiter will remain with the company as Executive General Manager off Business Development, while Mr Renard will remain as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Company Secretary.
Mr Glen Lewis will become Managing Director effective 6 March 2016. On the same day its Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Middlemouth South will step down.
