Cardinal Resources Limited
(ASX:CDV) has announced it has appointed Mr Erik Palmbachs as its Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
The gold explorer and developer says, Mr Palmbachs has held senior executive roles in the gold, copper and iron ore industries for over 20 years.
He previously worked as the CFO for St Barbara Mines Limited
(ASX:SBM) and as the CFO/Company Secretary for Catalpa Resources Limited
(ASX:CAH).
Cardinal Resources says his international experience and qualifications will make a significant contribution to the company.
