Broo Limited
(ASX:BEE) has announced it will acquire Victoria’s craft beer company, Mildura Brewery.
As part of the purchase, the Australian beer company will also be acquiring Mildura Brewery’s beer brands, which are made at the Mildura Brewery.
Broo will add the Victorian beer brands to its product line.
It will also use the micro brewery, which was formerly the Astor Theatre, as a hospital venue, where it will showcase all of its alcoholic drinks.
Broo says it’s an exciting extension to its business.
The deal will be completed by 28 February 2017, subject to liquor licences, with a sunset date of 31 March 2017.
