Beach Energy Limited
(ASX:BPT) has announced record half year sales and production for the period ending 31 December 2016.
The oil and gas explorer and producer says, its half year sales were up 11% from the prior period and 25% higher than H1 in the 2016 financial year
Its half year production was 8% up on the prior period, and 22% higher than H1 in FY2016.
Its quarterly sales revenue also increased 4% to $176 million on the back of higher realized oil prices.
Beach Energy says as a result of its success in the field and costs efficiencies, it has increased its drilling activity for the 2017 financial year.
