Rhipe Limited
(ASX:RHP) has announced a number of board changes at the Cloud software distribution company.
Current Executive Chairman, Mike Hill, will move to become non-executive Chairman effective 31 January 2017. Rhipe says both Mr Hill and the board believe it’s appropriate for the Chairman to be non-executive.
Meantime, Michael Tierney has been appointed as non-executive Director, and will replace Mike Everett following his resignation.
The company also appointed a joint Company Secretary.
