Macquarie Atlas Roads
(ASX:MQA) has reported a rise in revenue and traffic for the December 2016 quarter.
The toll road operator says its weighted average toll revenue and traffic increased by 4.6%, and 3.1% respectively compared to the prior period.
It attributed the gains to increased traffic levels and revised toll schedules that were brought in over the past 12 months.
For the 12 months to 31 December 2016, weighted average toll revenue also rose by 5.4%.
Macquarie Atlas Roads posted a net profit of $54.2 million at 30 June 2016
