Fonterra Shareholders fund
(ASX:FSF) has released its 2016/2017 global dairy update.
The multinational dairy company is citing significant decreases in New Zealand milk collections.
All regions also reported lower milk volumes compared to the same period last season.
Fonterra says milk production also continued to fall in New Zealand, Australia and Europe, while the United States maintained growth.
Fonterra posted a net profit of $43.4 million at 31 July 2016.
