Crown Resorts Limited (ASX: CWN) has announced a number of changes to its senior leadership team.
Robert Rankin will step down as Chairman of Crown Resorts, as well as his CEO position at Consolidated Press Holdings (ASX: CPH) from 1 February 2017.
The new CEO of Consolidated Press will be Guy Jalland, while John Alexander will be the new Chairman of Crown Resorts.
Meanwhile, James Packer has been re-appointed a director of Crown Resorts.
Crown Resorts posted a net profit of $943.6 million at 30 June 2016.
