Boss Resources appoints new CEO

Boss Resources Limited (ASX:BOE) has announced it has appointed Duncan Craib as CEO to lead the next stage of the development of its Honeymoon Uranium Project in South Australia.

Mr Craib was formerly Finance Director at Swakop Uranium and was heavily involved in the company’s US$2.5B uranium mine development in Namibia.

The new CEO will invest A$100,000 into Boss via a share subscription at A$0.04 per share, for a total of 2.5 million shares.

Mr Craib will be paid a base salary of $250,000 per annum and will participate in the company’s share option plan.

Boss Resources Limited reported a net loss of $2.9 million dollars at 30 June 2016.
