Arena REIT Group
(ASX:ARF) has announced a net revaluation uplift of $43.1 million for its property portfolio, putting the net asset value per security at approximately $0.18.
The increase reflects growth of 8.8 percent since valuations were made in June of this year.
The increase has been attributed to growth in passing rents and firming market yields for childcare and healthcare property assets.
Arena’s portfolio consists of 189 early learning centres, 7 healthcare properties and 11 development projects.
Arena REIT reported a net profit of $72.6 million at 30 June 2016.
