G8 Education Limited
(ASX:GEM) has announced it has made changes to its senior management team as part of the group’s ongoing succession management processes.
Gary Carroll has been appointed to the role of CEO and Managing Director, with outgoing Managing Director Chris Scott remaining on during the transition period.
Carroll was the former CFO for G8 Education and a search has commenced to find a replacement.
Current CEO Jason Roberts will transition into the role of General Manager, establishing a team responsible for developing the group’s network and other revenue growth opportunities.
G8 Education Limited reported a net profit of $24.87 million at 30 June 2016.
