Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited
(ASX:DMP) has announced it has completed the final stages of its acquisition of Germany’s Joey’s Pizza.
Domino’s is now the largest pizza chain in Germany, with 215 stores in total.
The company will continue to expand its network in Germany, with a single IT platform increasing efficiencies and making ordering easier for customers.
At Domino’s AGM last month, Domino’s reported digital sale growth in Europe of 38.1 percent.
Domino’s Pizza Enterprises Limited reported a net profit of $86.6 million at 3 July 2016.
