(ASX:VRS), formerly known as OTOC, provides surveying and infrastructure services to the property, civil infrastructure, government and resources sectors.
It is the only ASX listed company that is undergoing a growth strategy centred on consolidation of the highly fragmented Australian Survey industry.
In FY16, Veris reported revenue of $121 million, underlying EBITDA of $16.2 million, and declared a maiden dividend. The company also implemented a $12 million capital raising and expanded debt facility to fund acquisitions.
In FY17, the company's strategy is to continue growing and enhancing its professional services business (through acquisitions and organic growth). In addition, it is currently evaluating several surveying acquisition targets.
