Blue Sky Investments Limited
(ASX:BLA) has announced its joint venture with Student Quarters has acquired a 250 bed student accommodation facility in the US.
Student Quarters currently manages approximately 5000 beds across 8 campuses in the US.
The newly constructed facility acquired by the JV partners is adjacent to a large North American state university with over 30,000 students.
The acquisition is expected to complete in the next three months.
Blue Sky Investments Limited reported a net profit of $10.5 million at 30 June 2016.
