Wireless hotspot provider, Tomizone Ltd (ASX:TOM), has announced an expansion in the number of vessels across the Harbour City Ferries (HCF) fleet using its technology.

The company says that its Wi-Fi connectivity has been implemented on four Manly ferries, belonging to Harbour City Ferries.  The company has now decided to expand this offering to another 15 vessels.

Tomizone has a revenue sharing agreement with Harbour City Ferries, whereby its 15 million ferry passengers can connect to Wi-Fi, and are also subject to targeted advertising.

The company is expecting the expansion across more ferries will deliver increased monthly revenues.

Tomizone posted a net loss of $4 .6 million at 30 June 2016.
