Aristocrat Leisure (ASX:ALL) has released its full year results ended 30 September 2016, and they reveal a normalised net profit (after tax and amortisation) of $398.2 million. This is a 68.7% increase over last year’s profit result.

The company says this result was due to “significant share growth” in the US premium gaming operations segment and the outright sales segments in the US, Australia and the Asia Pacific. In addition, the company's profit result was aided by further increases in regards to the average fee per day and average selling price.

Aristocrat Leisure declared a final unfranked dividend of 15 cents per share, which is 67% higher than its final dividend last year.

As for its outlook in the 2017 financial year, the company is expecting continued growth. This is based on its assumption of prevailing foreign exchange rates, and its increased share in a flat North American outright sales market.
