Global Construction Services Ltd
(ASX:GCS) has received a Letter of Intent for the award of a $59 million contract in Perth.
GCS was awarded this contract by a national construction company, called Probuild.
This job requires GCS to supply and install formwork and concrete for the new Ritz-Carlton Hotel and The Towers at Elizabeth Quay.
Elizabeth Quay is the new waterside precinct in the Perth CBD, by the Swan River.
GCS is scheduled to commence these works in January 2017 over an 18-month period.
Global Construction Services posted a net loss of $76.9 million at 30 June 2016.
