Orion Health (ASX:OHE) has signed an agreement to provide a tech solution, which combines patients’ primary care information with their Electronic Health Record in Canada.

Orion says this deal is with a “leading Canadian province”, but does not state which one it is.

The company says it has an expanding Electronic Health Record solution that consolidates and displays patients’ data from a wide range of clinical sources – such as lab results and medications.

The company also says it currently has contracts in 11 provinces and territories in Canada, giving it a “strategic role in the evolution of the country’s health system”.

Orion Health posted a net loss of $49 million at 31 March 2016.
