Intermin Resources Ltd
(ASX:IRC) has acquired a number of new gold projects as well as exploration tenure in the Kalgoorlie and Boulder regions of Western Australia.
The acquisitions include 26 prospecting licence and five exploration licecnce applications.
Intermin says these new acquisitions are located immediately along strike or next to major regional gold production structures that have known gold occurrences.
The company says its exploration strategy is to focus on richly endowed gold production regions, and to test areas that have received sporadic exploration – primarily due to difficult drill access conditions.
Intermin reported a net loss of $3 million at 30 June 2016.
