Macquarie Atlas Roads Limited
(ASX:MQA) has announced its toll revenues and traffic both increased during the September quarter.
Weighted average toll revenue increased by 4.9 percent while traffic increased by 3.4 percent, both on the corresponding period.
Dulles Greenway in Virginia USA, in which Macquarie Atlas holds a 50 percent stake, was the company’s strongest perform on both toll revenue and traffic.
Revenue was driven in part by an increase in the toll fees on the route for both peak and off-peak traffic.
Macquarie Atlas Roads Limited posted a net profit of $54.2 million at 30 June 2016.
