Millennium Services Group
(ASX:MIL) has announced it will acquire the Airlite Group for $25.1 million.
Airlite provides cleaning and integrated services in Western Australia to a mainly blue-chip client base.
Millennium will fund the acquisition via a $42 million debt facility package being finalized with ANZ bank.
Airlite will allow Millennium to develop a national footprint, as it executes on its growth strategy.
Millennium Services Group posted a net profit of $707,000 at 30 June 2016.
