Mirvac Group’s (ASX:MGR) building at 477 Collins Street, Melbourne, will be redeveloped to become a 55,000 square metre, 40-storey premium office tower.
Mirvac also entered a lease agreement with one of Australia’s leading professional services firms, Deloitte in regards to this building.
The company’s vision is for this development to become “one of Melbourne’s leading smart office towers”.
Deloitte has committed to 22,000 square metres of office space across 12 floors for 12 years. The Deloitte lease will commence from the second half of 2020.
Mirvac posted a net profit of $1 billion at 30 June 2016.
