Retirement village and aged care service provider, Summerset Group Holdings Ltd
(ASX:SNZ), has released its 3Q16 operating results.
The Group says it achieved 196 sales during this period – which comprises 125 new sales and 71 resales.
Summerset also says sales in the third-quarter were 21% higher compared to the same period last year.
The Group says the past nine months has seen good growth and strong demand for its offering. It will be opening its 2st village, the Ellerslie Village, in Auckland, later this month.
Summerset reported a net profit of $48.2 million at 30 June 2016.
