Kazakhstan Potash Corporation Ltd
(ASX:KPC), has entered further agreements in relation to its proposed acquisition of Satimola Ltd.
Satimola is the holder of a potash deposit in the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Under this deal, the purchase price is US$70 million, if the acquisition is completed in the next 9 months.
If KPC needs an additional 9 months to finalise the transaction, then the purchase price will be increased to US$75 million.
KPC has also agreed to pay Satimola US$150,000 per month as working capital.
The Kazakhstan Potash Corporation reported a net loss of $12.9 million at 30 June 2016.
