Pilbara Minerals Limited
(ASX:PLS) has announced it has been served with a further writ of summons in the WA Supreme Court by Mineral Resources Limited.
The announcement follows Pilbara’s update to the market on Friday that it had served a dispute notice on Mineral Resources in relation the two parties’ ongoing dispute regarding lithium off-take rights.
Pilbara Minerals has stated it will make an immediate application to stay the court proceedings commenced by Mineral Resources, as it seeks to resolve the matter out of court.
The company maintains Mineral’s claims regarding the validity of the sales notice are misconceived and will continue to update the market on any further material developments.
Pilbara Minerals Limited reported a net loss of $55.61 million at 30 June 2016.
