Pilbara Minerals Limited
(ASX:PLS) has announced it has served a dispute notice on Mineral Resources in relation to its ongoing dispute with the company over lithium off-take rights.
Under the terms of the sale agreement, Pilbara has executed its right to refer the dispute to an independent expert for a final and binding determination.
Pilbara now expects the matter to be resolved within 28 days of the expert appointment.
The company has also indicated it has taken legal advice and believes the independent expert appointed will determine in its favour.
Pilbara Minerals Limited reported a net loss of $55.61 million at 30 June 2016.
