Enero Group Limited
(ASX:EGG) has announced it has acquired PR agency Eastwick Communications via its wholly owned subsidiary Hotwire PR, as it looks to strengthen its presence in the US market.
Eastwick is an award-winning agency headquartered in Silicon Valley, most known for their work with global technology brands.
Eastwick has been purchased for US$5 million cash plus deferred payments tied to performance targets over the next four years.
Eastwick will operate under the Hotwire brand with the company’s founder, Barbara Bates taking up the CEO role in North America.
Enero Group Limited reported a net profit of $8.12 million at 30 June 2016.
